As part of our groat production process, the oats pass through a cleaning and hulling procedure during which all impurities are removed. The whole hulled grain is then heat treated to give it its characteristic flavor and deactivate its enzymes, thus ensuring a longer shelf life. The resulting groat is rich in fiber and bursting with proteins and nutrients to form the basis of our other oat products.

Our groat undergoes hydrothermal treatment to soften the grain, after which it is sent through a roller that presses it into flakes of varying thickness:
The flakes are then sent to a dryer to extract excess moisture and cool them in readiness for grading, packaging and storage. Our whole grain rolled oats are large in size and retain all of their original nutritional properties.

These flakes are produced by rolling carefully selected steel cut oat grains. We adjust the proportions of small and large grain fragments to achieve flakes of different thickness:
The latter is the smallest flake size and results from selection of the smallest grain fragments.
These remarkably versatile flakes are used in a wide range of recipes, including shakes, cereals, baked goods and breadcrumb crusts.

Our rolled oats are milled and then passed through extra fine sieves to produce fine oat flour that retains all of its original nutritional properties. The product is used widely across the food industry for its superb flavor and thickening properties.
It is perfect for use in non-dairy milk, patisserie and bread, and as a thickener in sauces and soups. It is also an ideal ingredient for protein shakes, ice creams, yogurts and baby food.

Nuestra harina Our fine oat flour has been subjected to a cooking process and is suitable for direct consumption.
Our gluten free groat, rolled oats and flour are suitable for sufferers of celiac disease and other gluten intolerances. Our rigorous agricultural production process begins with careful seed selection and soil preparation, and our clean processing chain employs sophisticated technology to ensure strict selection and quality criteria.
Although oats are genetically free from gluten, they can easily become contaminated through mixing with wheat, barley or other gluten-rich cereals. The manufacture of gluten free products therefore requires rigorous management and the latest technology.
Gluten is a non-essential nutrient and can generate immune responses, have inflammatory digestive repercussions, and provoke other reactions.
