El Lupino dulce (Lupinus albus L.) es una leguminosa ampliamente sembrada en el sur de Chile, considerada un súper alimento gracias a su alto contenido nutricional y por no ser GMO.
Our hulled lupin, or lupin grits, undergo a rigorous cleaning and classification process. They have an exceptional amino acid content, offering antioxidant and glucose lowering properties that serve to regulate levels of cholesterol and blood sugar and help to prevent cardiovascular and other diseases. Our grits are also an excellent source of energy thanks to their exceptional carbohydrate and protein content.
